The Little Red Trunk - It held the remains of 20 month old Mary Jane Lohr who died on July 29th. The family lived at the tollgate house north of town and was prohibited from bringing her to town for a Christian burial by General McClausland because he had more pressing issues. Mrs. McClure suggested burying her under a tree until she could have a proper burial.
